Biography:

Ryan Slaughter received his Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Horticulture and Crop Science with a focus on Greenhouse Production from The Ohio State University.  Previously, he worked for OSU South Centers in Piketon, Ohio managing the Small Fruit Program’s research and extension plots, including wine grapes, brambles, blueberries and more. Ryan grew up on a grain and cattle farm outside of Chillicothe, Ohio and continues to grow fruits and vegetables, hay and raise layer hens for eggs on their small family farm.
