Ryan Kline began his career with Ross County 4-H as a Cloverbud in 2003. Following his tenure as a 4-Her, Ryan received a bachelor’s in history from Ohio University in ’18. Then he attended Auburn University and received his master’s in history with a focus on Agricultural History and Public History graduating in 2020. During his academic career, Ryan gained a lot of experience through internships planning educational programs for adults and youth, teaching, planning camps, working with volunteers, business development and much more. In 2022, he started working in Ross County as the 4-H Youth Development and Family Consumer Science Educator. In this role he serves with Kate Wells nearly 1,550 community club members with the assistance of over 250 volunteer advisors. In December 2024, he began working 4-H Youth Development full time. In his role, he specializes in healthy living, teen leadership and civic engagement, and financial literacy.
