Lisa Barlage, Extension Educator, welcomes you to the Ross County Family & Consumer Sciences program. The FCS program focuses on building Healthy People, Healthy Finances, and Healthy Relationships. We help people keep healthy through good nutrition and food safety, use their money wisely, and balance the demands of life and work. Examples of programs include: Dining with Diabetes, Safe Sitter, Extension Homemakers, and more.

Dining with Diabetes is a program designed for people with diabetes or those who cook for someone with diabetes. This is a 3-class series that includes diabetes education, cooking demonstrations, and tasting of healthy foods.
